Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Shipping

Standard Shipping is free on all orders over $75.00 CAD. Standard shipping does not include tracking information. Standard shipping within North America typically takes 7-14 business days and up to 21 days for international destinations. Other shipping options will be available to you when you check out with estimated delivery dates.

Exceptions:

  • Eligible Light items (less than 100 g) will be available for free shipping through letter post. This typically takes longer than standard package shipping. If the product is eligible for free letter post, it will be stated in the product listing and the option will be offered to you at checkout.
  • All custom pieces come with free tracked shipping. This includes a tracking number and insurance up to $100.00 CAD.

All shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is fulfilled and in the possession of the shipping company, I am unable to make any changes or cancellations.

If you would like to change your shipping option after you've purchased the item, you may reach out to me via e-mail within 24 hours to discuss further options as long as the shipment hasn't already been processed.

Processing

Please allow up to three business days for orders to be processed and shipped out. However, this time may increase during sales and holiday seasons - I am only one woman, after all!

Import Fees / Customs Fees

Nest Embirdery as the shipper, is not responsible for delays due to customs or duties owing into your country. This includes import taxes and/or customs fees. If the buyer refuses to pay duties owed, the package will be forfeited and returned to Nest Embirdery. When the package has been safely returned to Nest Embirdery, a full refund will be processed.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are refunded once the item has been safely returned. Exchanges will be given in the form of a Nest Embirdery Gift Card. The buyer is responsible for any return postage and if the item is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
